My uncle's Acura did the same thing one night. Pop the hood or wherever the fuse box is at and pull the fuse for the horn. Keep in mind if you pull the wrong plug, you car will be toast. And if you pull the fuse for the horn, it will lock the transmission/gears for safety reasons. So it's best if you just bite the bullet and have it towed. At your own risk.
CAR ALARM ISSUES

properly.

with alarm wiring causing it to happen.
