Question about 2005 Ford E-Series
No trouble codes
all relays and fuses check good
12 V TO INJECTOR
less than 1 v to coil
no power to fuel pump
E 450 bus, shutdown, failes to restart. cranks over, can the fuel shutoff be the problem? if so where is it located?

My 2005 E-450 bus with 6 liter turbo diesel, would crank but not start. Found that there is a faulty connection somewhere on PCM, can push on connection and problem will go away for months, Did have to put a piece of aluminum across connections with 2 hose clamps to hold connections tight, if it doesn't start right away I go push on connections and it fires right up, Think I recall that there are 57 connections between the 2 connectors.

If the relay checks good there must be power coming out of the relay down the harness to the pump. A live fault then must be between the pump connector and the relay. following the harnesses and checking them out is one route. Maybe the ground from the fuel tank to the chassis is not attached. Did u check the power to the pump or are you just listening to see if it runs?
I would check that ground 1st.
