Which engine ? if its the V6 you will need to remove the intake plenum to access plugs . if it was the 4 cylinder it should be self explanatory , if the 4 cylinder it may or may not have coil over plugs , then you would remove coils to access plugs , so i assume its the V6 .

it could be the spark plugs, at least that is what it was for mine, if you have over 50k miles without a spark plug change i highly suggest one, also a oil /transmission change would be great for your car too if you haven't done those reciently. I would also suggest using a higher grade gas, sometimes this fixes the trick too.
If you try all those and still experiencing hard transitions please let me know and i'll try a more indepth analysis on your car.
Thanks jyotsna.

Has it overheated lately?
My wife overheated our Galant and it just stopped working, it cranks but that's it.
I pulled the sparkplugs and found them wrapped in a gewey jelly like substance. Like an oil/antifreeze combo.
I am going to replace the entire motor for $1000 as taking it to the mechanics to theorize and practice may cost more.

My car is missing need the wireing diagram for a 2003 mitsubishi galant es 2.4 ltr.

From the timing belt to the transmission the fireing orders are 1234 One and three fired the same time 2 and 4 fire the same time. Pull all the plugs for the spark plug on them and lay them across the top of the motor with plugs in them you can see which ones fire at what time. The spark plugs need to be touching a grounded part of the engine to fire. This also will help you find out if you have bad wires.

I need change the spark plug

you need a spark plug wrench. available in walmart, kragen, autozone, etc. make sure it is of the correct size. The spark plug connectors in the 4 cyl engine are the two rubber cups and two coils. you will need to unscrew the two coils to access the other 2 spark plugs.
