Security light ON. Car has slight stall.

My '05 Impala is displaying 12am on the radio clock whenever I start it and with the last start, there was a slight stall. The Security light is also ON constantly. I hope it's nothing serious coz I am so broke! Stupid recession!!!

Your car battery has lost connection with the clock at some time. Adjust the clock and you should be fine

Why do think the key security is bad? If you still have a factory key, this is not the problem...if no factory key, you can take your VIN number or original key to GM dealer to get new key that they will program for you...Check for dirty battery connections:)

While driving 2006 impala down the road, car tries to stall lights interior and exterior flash, but car never stalls and regains power immediately?

You have a power wire rubbing the chassis somewhere in the harness that when it slightly touches metal the voltage drops and causes the flickering and will make the computer act up. Finding exactly where the short is occurring will be a tedious and time consuming inspection of the wiring.

2006 Chevy Impala service security system flashes on he the display. Everything works bit the car will not start it just clicks.

Passlock sensor in the ignition switch is probably bad.try starting the car, when it does not start leave the key in the run position for 10 minutes, then try to restart the car.(after the car sits for ten minutes the security light should be out.) If it now starts you need a new passlock sensor.

Car stalled and is not retaining any DIC memory

You need to have it hook to a computer to read the problem, it seems to me the computer in the car is causing you the issues.
