You have a heater relay, it is usually on one of the heater hoses on the back side of the engine, it is probably not opening to let the warm antifreeze through, sometimes they stick, and need to be opened and closesd manually, then it might start working again, or replaced.
Or else you are low on antifreeze, check when cold to make sure your radiator id full and your overflow bottle is full to the line.
Your heater core might be blocked with dirt is is under the dash, you can flush them out by running strong flow of water one direction, then the other , to flush dirt out, otherwise it will need replacing.
