How to bypass the ac pulley on a 2001 hyundai xg300

You can possibly buy the belt for your model car that has no a/c. Just ask the clerk at the parts store for a belt for the vehicle that does not have a/c. If they do not sell one then you will have to take off the compressor and replace it with a pulley and braket. That is if they sell one for that particular vehicle.

Timing belt 2001 hyundai xg300

No you have 8 cam timing marks on that engine then the oil and crank timing marks . Once you get the ones on the cams aligned then you have to lock the cams in place you have timing marks on the belt drive pulleys and on the back of the cam gears that have to be in perfect alignment . you have 4 cams that have to be in perfect alignment and the rear head is the hardest to get right. Then you have to turn it over by hand socket wrench on crank at least 21 times then recheck all the timing mark to make sure that they are still all in alignment. Buddy it's worth the money to have it done at the dealership. I kid you not because if they do it wrong they have to buy all the new valves and head gaskets oil and coolant to fix it and not you . Free hyundai xg300 repair manual

I don't know that you will find a free one. Normally you have to go to an auto store and purchase these for the specific car.
You will also need the year of the car to get the right repair manual, such as those available at the site below.

It's right here - under the dash in front of the center console. Remove the Driver's side RIGHT kick panel - it's right there.

I own Hyundai XG300/ 2001 make, 100000 miles on it, I have replaced compressor, some valve , and drier too, but still the AC is not working in my car, any suggestions are appreciated

A/C systems are some of the more complicated systems in automobiles today. Your description doesn't provide sufficient information to diagnose/troubleshoot it here. Here's the BEST SOLUTION - take it to a HVAC professional and have it diagnosed. Pay the diagnostic fee, and the professionals will give you an estimate of repairs (parts, labor, tax, time-frame, etc.) This way you'll find out EXACTLY what's wrong and what's required to fixt it. Agreed? In either case, here's the wiring diagrams of both the Full Auto and Manual systems (if you want to fix it yourself):
