If it's in a push button switch, you need to replace the switch. You can't replace the light in it. If it's behind the guage package, you can remove the two upper and two lower screws and pull out the guage package. You can get the peanut bulbs from the dealer or local parts place for a buck or two... You may need to remove the seedometer cable to pull out the guage package enought to get at the bulbs... A 4 out of 10 on the difficulty meter...

1994 Dodge Ram van: ignition fuse keeps blowing when I am driving. I can run it idle without any problems. So it only blows while driving. Any thoughts?

You are not alone! It is a known issue. This was one of the solutions;

Ok Guys I Think I Got It... I Found A Black Wire With A Orange Strip On It Under The Dash That Looked Like It Was Touching Bare Wire To Metal Under The Dash.. I Moved It Out Of The Way And Then Jumped The Fuse Terminals And No Smoke So I Hit The Key And It Fired Up.. So Far So Good..

Drove van,parked, then it would crank but not start? I check the power to fuel pump, none. no power to injectors either I've change relays, sensors and power control module and still nothing, please h

Check your owners manual for a fuel shut off button/reset, normally found somewhere in the back interior of the van near the gas tank fill. If you still don't get power, try checking your fuses, make sure you check for two fuse panels....one maybe under the hood and one under the dash. Check them using a lighted probe on both sides of the fuse. Also Google 1994 dodge ram 3500 wiring diagram, much found when I did it! I hope this helps!

My Ram recentlystarted running horribly to the point of the engine not even reaching 2000rpms. I was fearing the worst but it turned out to be the catalytic converter stopped up. I fixed it and it runs good as new.

1995 DODGE RAM B1500 NO START

You need to use a LED type test light for the injectors or a Bosch style Noid light for the injector. To test the cam/crank sensor signal you either need a scanner to read them or a lab scope to show you a signal. The pickup plate in the dist handles the injector timing, the crank sensor provides a RPM signal. They both feed the computer information for ignition timing. Good fuel pressure, injector activity(Noid), and good spark out of the coil. The coil is what I replace the most of.
