yap, it is serious. leaks means broken or damage parts in lubrication system. check hoses and or oil filter.

get under the front of the car, use a 10 mm socket with extention and unattach the latch assembly, you may have to loosen up the bumper to give yourself some more room, but you cant take it off completely, because there are 2 bolts right by the latch holding the bumper on, hope this helps and good luck

i would highly recommend getting it checked out by either a shop or someone you personally know and trust that has auto knowledge... the black oil leak is most likely engine oil... the light and thin aluminum manufacturers use now days can break under just the right conditions... heat and stress... when the tire piece went under your car it may have hit your oil pans(engine and transmission.. red oil) and caused either the pan gaskets to leak.. or maybe even the pans them selves to get cracks... hopefully it's just the gaskets... not too hard to fix and ALOT less costly then new pans... as for the light .. no clue what it's supposed to be...but good luck

how hard was your car hit?? is it petrol or diesel? if its petrol the first thing that pops to mind is that, under the bonnet near the back (cant remember what side) you'll see a big red button, press it and try agaijn.. this is a knock sensor for if you ever have a crash... ive set one off just by parking and bumpin the car in front
