American spec
Transmission and (ATF) power steering fluid is red. You can start by checking both fluid levels. If one is low, that will narrow down what one is possibly leaking. If either fluid level gets too low, you should notice things like...power steering making a whining noise, or hard to turn steering wheel. Transmission may also make whining sound, and may not accelerate like it normally should. Sounds like a possible high pressure line has a leak, since it stops when engine is off. The only way to know for sure is to wear safety glasses and while the vehicle is running, try to safely identify where it is leaking from. Be careful of moving parts. Might be best to take it to a mechanic shop, or the dealer.

1st, is your foot on the brake? That's a safety feature, u must depress the brake pedal before u can shift out of park.
SOURCE: Won't shift out of park
Look to see if the brake lights work. If they do not come on when the brke pedal is depressed, the fuse may be blown. The brake electrical circuit also controls the shift interlock. You can take the vehicle out of park manually by removing the small square trim tab by the shifter, and pressing the button under it.

Go underneath with socket and wrench. there will be 2 bolts with nuts on one end and two on the other end. Then the entire bumper can then pull off.
SOURCE: leaks oil under right side
Did you check your oil filter to see if the leak is coming from there. Sometimes when the old filter is removed the old o ring sticks to the block. When the new filter is put on it leaks from not getting a proper seal.
