Took it to the dealer, nothing was working at the time except when you pushed for time, one of the mechanics took it back to one of the bays & said he hooked up a IDS cable to reprogram, when he gave me the car back everything is working Except the volume (the bars of the volume are locked on high) didn't charge me but said I need a new radio

I am having the exact same problem. My battery also died. When I replaced it, the stereo's volume controls were locked. The stereo turns on but there is no sound.

My 2006 ford fusion right front turn signal won't turn off, and my left turn signal won't come on. Took it to the shop Saturday, but they said I have some wire problems. And my lite went out on my...

The EXACT same signal light problem started on my 07 Ford Fusion yesterday. Had to pull the right bulb to save the battery last night. Which is why I'm on here: Ford dealer wants $99/hr to diagnose... my family can't eat mac and cheese for a month. The solutions so far don't seem too confident. Any luck?

My battery went dead on my ford fusion 2008 now my radio doesn't work

As with many newr cars, Your radio probably had a security code which is required to reset it after the radio is removed or power was disconnected from it. You probably have the code written somewhere in your new car paperwork. If not, contact your dealer. They can probably guide you through resetting the code.
