I can hear the water in the doors after a rain. I try to pull the door gaskets away at the bottom of door and some water spills out, but not all. I cannot see any holes as mentions on other sites, it will just evaporate over time, but I worry about it affecting power windows. It's a 98 ltc

along the buttom of the rocker pannel there is a seam that gets bent from jacking in the wrong place ,that seam is where the drains are, screw driver and pry apart at the drain ,the drain is a tube shaped bump molded in the steel on the inside part of rocker panel
SOURCE: getting rain water on front floor board, where are the drain holes for in the door panle?
there should be 2 drain holes. 2" from the edge of the door. it is a **** opening just above the outter door weld.

The ramp up mechinism is not closeing the gasket up tight agaisnt the sealing surface so this is a warrenty issue, take it in and have it repaired by the dealer. If you want asstanice to do it yourself please Post here for detailed instructions on doing it yourself. You would do better in a chat because of the problems you may run into that way you work with just one person. Hope this helps.

you are no doubt correct about the cause of the problem ,but the soloution?? well if the water can gat in then let it out ??stupid ?? i know but what i would do to prevent rust and corrosion which is a inspection failure then i woul drill two 1/2 inch holes either side of the rear floor well on the outside so whatever way car is parked on camber of road the water can run out
