Question about 2000 Dodge Caravan
The most common problem is the rotating ribbon contact under the steering wheel that connects the cruise switch's to the steering column and cruise components, we tech's call this the clock spring contact, it is a flat ribbon of printed circuit tape that rolls up and un-rolls as u turn the wheel, it provides a moving connection for all steering wheel mounted controls and the airbag.
