First check the condition of the following:
1) Spark plugs, leads and coils.
2) Air filter
3) Fuel filter
If they all check out to be fine, then next check the operation of the manifold pressure sensor and the mass air flow sensor.
Also check cylinder compression for signs of engine wear.

you'll have to pull off the interior panel. window in the up position. on the lock cylinder there is a clip that you have to pull off and an arm that actuates the lock. pop the lock out. reverse to install.

Place the car on jacks. Remove the seal using a screw driver and a rubber mallet. Remove the carter pen, then the bolt. Remove the bearing. Clean out the eitire wheel area with a good cleaner. REpack the bearing unless it comes pre packed with wheel bearing grease.
