'tis the season. Check the fuses to see if they are good. You may need to wiggle them a bit and if they are the old style with the exposed metal strip, check closely for small cracks. If the fuse is good and the contacts are not corroded, it may be the resistor.
This assumes that the blower is not moving any air at all. If the problem is the air won't blow through certain vents, that's a vacuum line problem.

- Call the dealer and ask them where it is located. Then you will know where it is but not if it will fix the problem. You might take it by an electrical shop and have them test the switch before you go diving into this.
