2002 Pontiac Sunfire GT. 2.2 Litre Ecotec Engine. Concern: Front Seal is leaking. Question: Does the engine need to be pulled to replace the seal?

No. The crankshaft pully can be removed through the right wheel well area. (This is the hard part) Once the pully is off, the seal is relatively easy to change.

How hard is it change front and rear oil seals?

By front and rear oil seals, I am assuming that you are refering to the CRANKSHAFT front and rear oil seals.
The front crankshaft oil seal is under all the components that must be removed to replace the timing belt.
The standard labor time to replace this seal is 4.0 hours for the 4 cylinder and 4.8 hours for the V-6.

The rear crankshaft oil seal requires removal of the transaxle to replace it.
The standard labor time required to do this is 7.3 hours

This is not a job for a novice unless you want to purchace a service manual and spend a lot of time reading the instructions before jumping into it.

How hard is it to replace rear end output shaft seals (inner axel seals) 98 town and country? What fluid goes back in?

I assume you mean trans axle seals in front.
You have to remove the drive axles, best done on a lift, not in your driveway.
Trans fluid lubes the Diff, that is in trans.
ATF4 etc, whatever the fluid replaced the original spec, when it was new.

How to replace a front seal on a 200 dodge

Hello, not hard to do. You need to remove the drive shaft, to get to the nut that holds the rear yoke from the differential. Once the rear yoke has been removed, you can replace the O ring seal from the differential by using a screw driver to pry out the old seal. Try not to damage it to much so you can use it to help tap in the new seal. Once the seal is out place the new seal in place by hand and then place the old old seal on it and tap in the new seal with a small hammer. Take care to ensure that the new seal goes in straight and place some grease on the seal before you place the yoke back in to place. Tighten up the yoke nut and you may want to replace the U joint at this time too since it's off the truck. Once everything it back together, check the differential oil level and top off. Good luck and hope this helps, you can get the parts at Auto Zone and they can also give you the step by step instructions to getting the job done with common tools. The hardest part that i can see you having is the removal of the yoke nut, the job takes about an hour to do so if your going to have a garage to the job the most would be 1.5 hours but should take them about 30 min to do.

Thanks

Front Main Seal is blown on the Transmission

You have to remove the transmission, remove the torque converter to access the seal. Most likely the bushing behind the seal is worn out allowing fluid to leak past the seal. After the trans. is out, take it to a trans. shop. It requires a special tool to change the bushing. Seems like a bunch of work for $10.00 in parts. The rear main seal requires pulling the pan to access it. When the trans. is out, this is the time to replace the rear main seal on the engine.
