Question about 1999 Dodge Ram
Started acting erratically then quit working completely
2 wheel drive, 6 cyl
Check the RWAL censor on the rear axle, had the same problem

I believe this model is equipped with a vehicle speed sensor mounted externally on the transmission. Sometimes it will trigger the check engine light as well as chang shift points when they stop working.
