What can i do ? my peugeot ew 10 engine ignition coil no spark. i changed spark plugs but still no change .Please help

If you have no spark, changing plugs will not help. Did you check the ignition coil to make sure that it is not open? Is the coil receiving power when ignition is turned on?

Best bet is to get a hold of the electrical schematic for car and check out the ignition circuit for culprit.

Try the HT lead on that cylinder by starting car in the dark and look out for spark coming out of that lead while running. Or get a spare lead and replace on that cylinder.hope this helps

Will not start after changing dis cap 1993

Recheck all of your work to see if any wires are loose, especially between coil and cap. If all good have coil tested.

Remove distributor cap have someone tap the key while you watch the rotor inside the distributor if it does not move that is the problem then it could be the gear shear pin has broke or cam is not turning distributor.

Changed coil in 1997 c1500. New coil wouldn't fire and now old coil won't fire. What could be the problem?

Check for 12v at red wire, if ok then replace ign pick up module ( usually green and yellow wires under rotor). or pick up coil. hope this helps !!

I have misfiring in cylinder #3 in my 2002 trailblazer. this only started happening after a recent tune up. i first changed the spark plug and it helped a bit. but not cured. then i changed the ignation...

If you have a clear view of that cylinder, look at that area in the dark to see if you can find any sign of sparking that would indicate a failure of the insulation on the wires or the coil.

Cyl one and four misfire. Just changed wires. Coil runs both

OK, if changing the wires doesn't help, and cylinders 1 and 4 are both controlled by the same coil, change the coil, in order to solve the problem. If that doesn't work, it could be the coil pack module it sits on.

I need a coil in #cylender but need to the fireing

If you are triing to find the bad coil simply run the truck and unplug each coil wire connection from each coil one at a time and change the one that dosn't change the way the engine is running. If you have coil over plug type ignition the firing order is controled by the computor and as long as you plug the coils in correctly no firing order is needed.

Wont start in wet weather

the coil pack is a series of coils if he replaced the pack then all the coils were replaced. now the question is were they new or were they a junk yard part. try replacing the rotor under the distributer cap.

1989 chevy 1500 v8 wont start out of the blue changed icm, coil getting fuel no spark draws current at the coil when key is turned

That old of a vehicle you might want to take the cap off and check to see if the shaft is turning. You will be able to see the rotor turning. Also look inside the cap and see if the rotor and cap are good inside.

You said you changed the ignition coil module, not sure if you mean you changed the coil too, if not change that.

hope this helped
