Question about 1995 Suzuki Sidekick
I believe you are talking about the flasher of the hazard lights , it is located right above the fuse block/panel close to the computer box , these are below the steering wheel under the dash board,
but you may not need to change it for I was about to change it because the hazard lights won't come on and guess what ? it was the the fuse that had burnt.

At the top of the fusebox. In the drivers side kick panel(footwell).

the turn signal/ hazard flasher is located midway down your steering colum but not all the way near the knuckle mounted on the inside of the cowl above the drivers feet. should either be a 323 or a 525 part number flasher, you could always upgrade to a electronic flasher instead of a thermal flasher. part number should be el12. all these products are made by wagner.
