SOURCE: booster vacuum hose

Locate the hose... it has to be one that can withstand the vacuum imposed on it, so that it does not collapse when their is vacuum to it which in this case is pretty much all the time. if you are not sure where the hose is.... look for your master cyclinder ... the large round metal can behind it next to the firewall. if you are not buying a direct replacement hose... take the old one off and take it to a auto shop or hardware store... get one a little longer then you need keeping in mind if you have to cut it you can't fix a hose that has been cut to short. there is a special tool for taking the clips off. tho you can usually just use a pair of pliers to squeeze the two metal tabs together as you move it back from the connection.
abit verbose answer and if i've not covered anything feel free to ask

SOURCE: I have a 94 v6 camaro and am missing a vacuum line

Sounds like, there is no power brakes if the hose is not connected to the brake booster. There should be a massive vaccuum leak in the engine. The brake booster vaccuum line is a major vaccuum. You should hear a hissing sound when engine is running. Find the hissing noise and replace as nessessary.

What is the arrangement of vacuum lines to brake booster

There's usually only one heavy wall rubber hose to the booster but there may be a non return valve in the line. The other end goes on an inlet manifold stub. Don't use anything but OEM spec hose because if its weak walled it will collapse and NO BRAKES.

When driving my daughters 2004 Dodge stratus, 4 cyl it will start choking and surging when you begin to stop, once you put it in park and press gas peddle it will stop and drives good until you stop

check for a faulty /loose vacuum hose to the brake booster or a faulty brake booster diaphragm. From you description it is happening when your foot is on the brake and slowing down and there is a vacuum leak that is upsetting the mixture for the engine.

My brake pedal wont go down it is hard i have 93 dodge caravan hydralic brakes i belive

There is a brake booster, adjacient from the brake pedal under the hood mounted to the fire wall. It is black and about 10" in diameter. the master cylinder for the brakes is mounted to it. there is a rubber hose that comes from it that goes to the engine. it is a vacuum hose, about 1" in dianeter. Check this hose and make sure it is in good condition and has a strong vacuum to it from the engine. If it does then replace the brake booster. It has a diaphram it in and it is broken.

Van is hard to stop when you press on breaks. Break padel is very hard to push down when breaking. Wonder if there is some type of vaccum leak.

The vacuum booster is mounted on the fire wall behind the brake pedal. the master cylinder is mounted to it. there is a black hose that is connected to it. that is the vacuum hose. it goes to the intake manifold (engine). check to see if it has come off or is cracked or broken. if everything checks out check vacuum at the hose. if tis there then the diaphram in the booster is bad. replace the booster let me know if you need help with that
