It is located in the hose that delivers air to the engine from the air cleaner box.

My Mazda Soho fan is not working 98 so I'm afraid it will boil when I drive a long distance

You are Right as rain... DO not EVEN think about it.

You would be money ahead to pay the worst possible repair price or rent a car..

Not finding any '98 SOHO in the USA market data-bases I have available or I'd try to point you to your fuses, relays... and how to test your fan motor...

Putting a search for your viewing...

There seems to be a lot of chatter about a $40 fan controller
(sorry I didn't zero in better than this... )

What to look for with a obd2 code p1195 on 98 mazda 1.5 protege

From elsewhere on FixYa:

P1195 = EGR (exhaust gas recirculation valve) Boost Sensor Circuit Check the sensor and the wiring/connections to it.

Mazda's also had issues with the vacuum lines to the EGR valve and the ports in the throttle body plugging up! I think some models even had a recall so it may be worth checking with your local Mazda dealer or have your father or you check online for Tech service bulletins and recalls for Mazda!

Mazda Soho 121 Clutch Problems

sounds like you need to bleed the brakes again. Get a clear hose and put it on the bleed nipple on the slave cylinder so you can see the air bubbles in the fluid. bleed the clutch until there are no air bubbles in that clear hose. Even the little tiny bubbles can add up to lots of air in the system.
