if the speedo still works then it will need a spedo unit if the speedo doesn't work it is either the cable or the gear in the trans to check the cable unthread from trans and attach a drill to the cable innereds spin the drill if the speedo does not move replace the speedo cable

dear friend:if the radio in your vehicle does not carry the hyundai emblem it is a after market
unit,take the serial no down and call the manufacturer,they should be able to help,

NO. The comlpete dash has to come out. You may want to replace the a/c evaporator, there also prone to leak and it woill be cheaper to do both at the same time. Recalls are only for safety reasons, Dodge doesnt care about heater cores, (or any other components) as long as they last through the warranty period.
