check for loose wire behind the alternator when the light are fading our running on the battery only the alternator ir not charging get that check as soon as you can the frestar gonna stall soon thanks pierre

An aligmnment check will only get u an answer on what the problem is, if anything is bent/damaged, they can not align the front end with damaged parts, don't drive this car until u find out what is wrong.

CV joints yes look at the rubber boots for damage. You can get a replacement boot but if you do remove all the old grease to remove any dirt that is cousing your problem.

Check all your lug nuts make sure they are tight, Have your tie rods checked and our front suspension make sure these are all tight, If so Have the front end aligned and the tires balanced

chances are that noise is the ball joints telling you they are dry and have no grease and they should be replaces fairly soon
