It is Vapor Locking at the Pump. The O rings are Swelling too much and will not allow the fuel to leave the Pump or enter the Injectors.
Ford knows of this Problem. Call a Local Mechanic He will have to Fix the Problem

based on the information that you wrote down you have a problem with your ipr injector pressure regulator you need to remove the ipr which is located on the high oil pressure pump on top of the engine for inspection inspect the two orings on ipr if one of the orings is damaged that will be your problem and you will have to replace the ipr orings or ipr if you can't get the oring kit

Turbo sensor? are you talking about the EBV sensor? MAP sensor? if it is the EBV sensor it is located under the turbo on the turbo pedestal it is just about under your exhaust down pipe that comes from the turbo facing the passenger side of truck, you may have to remove Down pipe other than that it will have a clip with a wire and then it will screw out and then you replace it with the new one remember to put teflon tape on the threads to ensure ther is no leak and do not over tighten the sensor it is only gong to aluminum and can strip and or brake off vary easy and then you have a alot of work to fix that... if it is your MAP sensor it is located on the passenger side of truck as well and will have a black rubber tube and it will have a wire with clip unclip remove rubber tube and unscrew snsor and replace again do not over tighten hope this helps message me and I will anser any more questions

these trucks use a oil fired fuel injector, if your high pressure oil pump has eccessive wear or if your oil to broken down from being run to long between oil change, it will not build enough oil pressure to fire the injector once the oil is thinned out from being hot. An oil leak in your high pressure oil system can cause same problem.
