When i go to stop, right before the truck comes to a complete stop it sounds like something is clanking together on the drivers front side. You can't seem to hear anything once the truck is moving, just when i come to a complete stop.

If the brakes are making a clicking sound when the brake is applied, that means that something may not have been put back together right. I would definitely yank it back apart and check to make sure that the brake pads fit securely in the brackets with no play at all, too. It's easy to get the wrong pads for a Sport Trac; the parts are completely unique and a lot of parts stores even have incorrect listings for brake and suspension parts for those things. Brake system wear can create a grinding, pulsing, or squealing sound, but shouldn't produce a click. Something isn't right there!
sounds like tire rub issue, as inflating tire solved the issue for a short while possibly that the tires placed on vehicle maybe incorrect size width/height, check tire size, look in wheel well for areas of possible rubbing.
first thing to check is the battery and the connections at the battery. if all this checks ok then you should try and look at the fuses for the ignition system. this should get you going in the right direction.
I just spoke to ford(cause I have the same exact problem), and they told me it's sounds as if the door power lock acuator is going bad. You can buy the part for around $110(plus tax) at autozone, and have someone replace the defective one. Or, go to a ford dealership and they will replace it for some where around $249 hope this helps.
The clanking sound is turn relay operation sound , try to turn the car without the turn indicator and turn , if you hear sound then there is the problem in the car , if do not hear it then not a problem...
first off, it's a ford. this sounds like a dealer issue and i don't know alot about fords. what i do know is that the cruise control in these vechiles have a default. moisture enters something, i forgot what, shorts out, then vechile accelerates on it's own, even with braking hard. as for not wanting to accelerate, sounds like a tranni problem. sorry i couldn't be more useful.
