SOURCE: Cam Shaft Sensor Problems

Had the same problem before on my 04 Neon SXT...camshaft sensor is on left side of engine block, take out the battery and to the left of it (face car) is the camshaft position sensor. To change it you'll have to move a few hoses but its plan to see there on the left side of the engine...pretty easy remove and replace. Fixed my problem of car not going above 2k RPM when i replaced the sensor.

SOURCE: location of oxygen sensor

I believe you may have three (3) O2 sensor, (2) of the sensor is on ether side of the exhaust down pipe and some times called up stream O2 sensor, the third O2 sensor know to some as the down stream O2 and is after the Catalytic converter.
The up stream O2 monitors the left and right side banks and sends signals to the ECM to make the adjustments to the injectors to keep the proper air/fuel ratio.
The down stream O2 monitors the catalytic converter and sends signal to the ECM if the catalytic converter has gone bad.
Good luck and hope this helps. If you get it scanned at Auto Zone, they should be able to let you know which O2 has gone bad so as to not change all three. You could always check the wire harness to the down stream O2 for corrosion. Keep me posted

Your vehicle dose not have a maf sensor. They used a map sensor it is on the engine located under the front of the breater where it attaches to the engine.

Where is the knock sensor located on a 2001dodge ram van 1500 5.2 engine

No knock sensors on the early style Dodge Ram engines. If you've got a knock issue, you need to check some other things. Part of your hot weather spark knock is a combination of high intake air temps, low octane fuel, and too much spark advance, or too quick of an advance curve in your PCM. Can a bad knock sensor cause a tranny to go stay in 2nd gear(limp mode)on a 2008 dodge ram 3.7 liter.Got 2 codes a #2 knock sensor and tcm power low voltage

The transmission is in limp-in mode because of the second DTC - TCM (transmission control module) low voltage. The knock sensor code has nothing to do with that. You need to have the TCM and transmission checked out.
