Question about 1987 Ford Ranger
It usually shifts between 1st and 2nd gear at approximately 25 mph and from 2nd to 3rd at about 35 mph. When I go uphill it seems to hit the passing gear very easliy. Then it takes a while to shift gears and drop the RPM's down. The RPM's will go up to about 4500 until it finally shifts. Not sure if this is normal or if I should have it checked or if there is an adjustment that I can make.
