I cant find the blower motor resistor in my saturn lw2 2000

The blower motor resistor is located in the passenger front footwell. It is in the HVAC case very close the bulkhead. It has an elongated oval connector with 4 or 5 wires going to it. The resistor itself resembles a circuit board, not the typical blower resistor.

You go in from the engine side . Disconnect the negative battery cable.Remove the super blade assembly, both. Pull up the cover that houses the interior filter and remove. Remove the wiper motor assembly. The blower is directly under it. Remove the four screws holding the blower cover on and remove. There is only a flat black plate that holds the blower in place .Disconnect the power line running to it, and pull up.

Could be the fan switch, the resistor, or the blower motor. A mechanic would check for voltage at each point, plus ground at the motor.

I don't know where the heater-ac blower is located or how to get to it. The car is a 2000 L series saturn.

The blower motor is located under the panel directly ion front of the windshield, the wiper arms and then the nylon nuts on the post must be removed to access the blower, here is a picture of the blower motor in the car with the panel taken off. Move the picture to your picture files and enlarge it, I apologize for the size but it was all that was available.
