SOURCE: Changing the headlights
This picture shows the rear side of the headlamp assembly. I've circled the access caps to the high & low beam bulbs (they just twist off (counter-clockwise) to access the bulbs. Depending on which engine is in your Tiburon, access is easier if you remove three 10mm mounting bolts to the headlamp assemblies and remove the entire headlamp assemblies (see illustration)
You'll want to disconnect these two connectors .. then remember to reconnect them when you put the assemblies back on.
