Question about 2008 Hyundai Accent
So my blower motor started coming on, and off. I noticed that when I first start my vehicle it is off. Then when I hit a bump while driving it will come on. I think it might be a loose connection somewhere. What would be causing this, and how would you fix it?
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

I might have a solution for you issue. First I would like to give you a few explanations.
1. If you live in an area with squirrels or chipmunks they could be the reason for the noise. If you hear a loud humming noise there is a simple fix. Just open the fan housing under the clove box and unscrew the housing and remove the acorns, Sticks, leaves or anything else that is stuck in the fan or its housing. These animals are notorious for hiding things in vehicles especially in the beginning of the colder season. I have to do this in October every year.
2. The bearings in the fan motor may need grease or even replacing. If bearings are burnt out they can also make noise.
I hope this helps.

That door chime was driving me crazy too. It turned out to be really easy to pull the power cord from the chime. If you fold down the glove box by pulling the two plugs out from the inside, you can see the chime up behind the dash just to the left of the glove box. Just pull out the cord attached by removing the clip and you are golden.
Ahhhh. Sweet relief. I have been chime free in my accent for 2 months, and it makes for a much more enjoyable car.

I had the exact smae problem and threw aaway a ton of money on bad "guesses" at what was wrong. The actual fix was replacing the crank shaft position sensor for 50 or 60 bucks. Swapped out bad for good and cars has run great every day since.

SOURCE: Blower motor
sounds like an "open circut to me. check for loose connections at the blower motor, blower motor resistor, and blower motor switch, you may have to tap each one several times to produce the railroad effect
