I have considered placing a tractor block heater on it since the only one that fits heats only the oil. I would rather just solve the problem though. Battery is good and it cranks over forever. Plugs and wires are new. It just doesn't fire.

FISCHMILCH- Thanks for the attempt to help. Did all that a long time ago. I will check the relays out. Have found if I crank it over ever so gently just enough to hear it turn then wait 10-15 seconds...doing this 3-4 times. Then it catches and we are off to the races. Its just fustrating it should run right. But, at least I can drive it now instead of it sitting in the driveway.

Well, could be many things, but first and easiest, check the dist. cap and rotor, and all the plug connections. Any moisture will freeze and short out the ignition system. Also change the fuel filter. If you get the slightest moisture in the fuel it will lock up the filter when the water freezes. Could be a relay, probably "engine relay" that sticks when it gets too cold.

Some starting points I hope.

run fault codes and look for a faulty ambient temperature sensor as if it is faulty the ECM will not know to enrich the mixture ( like pulling on the choke)

My 1994 Isuzu Pickup wont start when its below 32 degrees. Ive changed the gas filter, fuel pump, it just doesnt want to start when cold.

Below 32 degrees ( Fahrenheit , I presume) can cover a wide interval of temperatures. It could be the battery. You should consider installing a battery with a higher cranking power. In the colder parts of Canada, people install an engine warmer contraption. The device is kept connect to an electrical outlet overnight. In some places, it gets so cold that electrical outlets are available at some parking spots.

The truck starts up for a few seconds then dies?my truck is 1989 isuzu trooper ,the weather is very cold right now , is this a fuel pressure problem?

It actually could be a number of things. I need to ask you more questions to narrow my prognosis down. You mentioned the weather being cold, lately. How cold? Freezing? When was your last tune up and do you eventually get the car started after trying for a while? If you do how does it run?
