SOURCE: Rear seat won't fold down (60 part of 60/40 seat)

I had the same problem on my '03. The seats would not fold down using the latch release as I had always done. So I tried a combination of pulling up on the side latch AND the top latch and the seat folded down. It really doesn't FIX the problem but circumvents offending  defective part. I will use this method until it doesn't work then I might shell out the $$$$$ to the dealer.

SOURCE: Cant fold down the rear seat in our 1997 Chevy Tahoe

in the middle of the seat cushions in the back of the seat there is a little loop, pull that loop forward and that will have the seat's bottom pulled down to the floor agains the back of the front seats. Next simply apply a lil muscle to the back of the back seats and the seats should fold down nicely into the open space. Be sure to remove the headrests so the seat will fold all the way down. post any issues u may have.

SOURCE: 2003 Toyota Corolla LE back seat fold down? how?!

Open the back trunk, look near the top of the trunk, and pull the two black levers. They have a seat folding down symbol. That will release the locks to fold the back seat down.

Purchasing an 02 CLK 320 Cabriolet. Dealer doesn't think rear seat folds down when I mentioned 2 red levers in trunk. Said just console for things like skis. Do all or some models have this feature?

if dealer said its not the rear seat release then you dont have the rear seat fold down and it is an option so if it s not there then vehicle didnt come with it --folding rear seats is an option not in every vehicle

How do I move the middle seatbelt when I fold the seat down?

you may not be able to...just hope the belt extends as you put the large item in, that is what we do in our car. Doesn't harm it if it is not abrading it.

I can't into my trunk there is something stuck therefore i need to fold down my rear seats and move it but i don't know how to fold them down I trie but i got nowhere

Be sure that your model has fold down rear seats...you should see the seperation around both rear seats...if equipped, the fold down release is located at the top corner of each rear seat...pull the lever up to release...if your model does not have the fold down option...you will need to remove the rear seat...remove the lower cushions first...look on the lower front of the seats for hold down bolts...second you will need to remove the top of the rear seat...hold down bolts are at the bottom of the top cushion...after removing the bolts (one each side) you need to push up on the cushion to remove...this will then allow access to the trunk...find the trunk latch and try to release by twisting the latch cable...Hope this helps...

The rear seat backs do not fold down in these trucks, the seat bottom lifts up to gain access to the compartments below but the seat back does not fold down. The only thing you can do is physically remove the rear seats.

To fold the rear seats down on an s type jaguar, pop the boot (trunk to you yanks) look just below the rear window inside and on left and right you will see two pull handles, tug on these and hey presto the seats are released from catches. How do I remove the rear seat on a 2001Volvo V70?

I am going to assume you mean the normal rear seats, not rear facing seats in the very back.
The rear seat folds down. The benches fold up from the back. When they are up you can see how to easily remove them if you want.
When the benches are up the backs fold down. There are levers on the top the slide forward to release them so they can be folded down. Tip the outboard head restraints forward by pulling their straps. The center head restraint has a button behind its right-hand support that you push to allow it to be lowered.

I can't find a child restraint anchor point in my 1996 Mazda 121.

The rear seat child restraint anchors were not required (by law) until early 2000's. Most likely your car does not have them.
