SOURCE: 2002 Toyota Camry LE has no heat to the floor regardless of the setting

I temporarily fixed this issue on an 02 Camry last night . It has to do with the little plastic arm that opend the door to the floor vents. Get in driver's side and look under the dash toward the center on the cabin air box. There is a small white plastic bit with a cheanell in it and it i supposed to mate to white plastic bit with a little metal knob in the end. The plastic chanell wears out and allows the metal know to come free, hence the door to the floor vents wont open . It's quote obvious once you get down there and loot at it . Simply put the two pieces back together and its all good, creative use of a very small zip tie will fix this one for good.

1996 Montero Heater Blower not working

I assume your heater setting is electric control, if so either your defrost and floor heat switch failed or wire problem. For the air not hot, check the heat control valve on the top of the hose it should be in front of the firewall. I don't know your car is using mechanic valve or electric control valve. Anyway check there first. Good luck.

Try feeling the floorboards inside the car for any wetness. It sounds like your heater core may be your problem. When they start to leak they can go unnoticed as the coolant goes down to your floor pans and running out anywhere it finds a place to. If you have been having issues with low heat I would bet this is your problem.

Hi, i have a mitsubishi fto gr, the car starts and runs fine, but i have no hot air coming from the vents although the car gets warm, its not the heater matrix or coolant level, any ideas? thanks Andy I...

If your car has climate control, remove the glovebox, and change the heater temp from the lowest to the highest setting. you should hear the electric motors pulling cables in the dash. it's probably a faulty control unit in the dash, you're certain there's hot water going through the matrix?
