SOURCE: how do i reset the

This should automatically reset upon proper tire inflation. If you are still getting a low pressure light then the RF chip in the tire is faulty and needs to be replaced. These are rather expensive and can be purchased from dodge.

SOURCE: My 2008 Dodge Caliber has

The warning lights are controlled by the computer or on-board diagnostics system. There's no way to stop the computer from throwing these trouble codes as long as it detects a malfunction.. You can clear the codes with a OBD2 scanner, but the warning lights will probably reappear. The biggest worry here is if the computer detects a malfunction in another area, you won't get the warning because the check engine light is already on. The only solution, that I can see, is to have the winter tires mounted on the original wheels. I can understand why this may not be an option for you because of the time and expense involved.

Have their been any problems with the tps on the 2010 dodge caliber

caliber is a wire going to the sensor with a small bolt holding the sesor in place remove thelittle small bolt and take a pair of plyers and remove the metal part of sesor carefully wiglling it side to side slowly now pull it out and spray some brake cleaner or pb blaster stuff in to it and do this with all them placing them all back in place again tighten them all and your good drive around for a few days to a week and the tpsms will go off its a tire pressure sensor another words tire pressure sensor monitor system tells how much air pressure is riding on the wheel well thats how its done or you can go to auto zone and they can use there scan tool to reset it for you free of charge have a nice day !!

I put new rims on my 2010 dodge avenger and now my yellow (!) keeps flashing. my tires are not low. how can i fix this

your car had tpms tire pressure monitoring system in each rim you previously had on. they did not get put on the new rims so your car thinks your tire pressure is at zero. so it freaking out. you need to get those sensors on the new rims and reset. that will solve your problem

I have a 2009 dodge caliber and my security light keeps blinking on and off with the tire pressure light any ideas on why ???

check the tire pressure on each tire, if one is lower it will cause issues..they use nitrogen now to inflate tires at the dealer because nitrogen doesnt react to outside air pressures like service station air does..(tire will look low even tho pressure is good)..check the lowest pressure tire for wounds to sidewall or roadtread by spraying liqiud soad (like windex) on it and look for bubbles anywhere..plug or replace the tire if a leak is found..good luck

How to reset tire pressure sensors in a 2010 dodge caliber

make sure tire pressure is set to what is on the drivers door decal. they should reset themselves if all is OK, you may need to drive it a while. if they don't reset, one of them may be bad.

A warning light came on looks like a horseshoe with ! in the middle what is that

That is the TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) warning light. It is letting you know that one or more of the tires is low on tire pressure. The correct tire inflation for the vehicle is located on a sticker inside the drivers front door. Make sure all four tires are inflated to that pressure.

If there all low I would bet you live in a cold weather environment. It is normal for tire pressure to drop as temperatures drop.

If one tire is low than it is probably leaking and should be checked for a repair.

Once the tire pressures have been corrected the vehicle will need to be driven for approximately 10 minutes at sustained speeds of more than 15mph.
