i just changed my unit on drivers side door man it was a pain well first it started off with not going at all i thought it was the motor but motor was good the wire was just getting hung up because the plastic piece broke on the track,so first disconnect motor from track and hit switch to see if it turns, and if not then replace motor,be careful not to loosen the cable.you almost need it exact tension for the track to work right.

I had same problem. You need to replace combo signal switch, You can get it on line for about $150---DONT BUY FROM DEALER OR YOU WILL PAY $300

How well do ur lights light up?.....Believe it or not, a bad battery can cause this problem. Check ur battery terminals for looseness. Make sure they r clean and tight and then charge ur battery. If u still have the prob, test the battery.
