SOURCE: where is the tipm located

I quote from the service manual:

"The Totally Integrated Power Module (TIPM) is a combination unit that performs the functions of the Power Distribution Center (PDC) and the Front Control Module. The TIPM is a printed circuit board based module that contains fuses, internal relays and a microprocessor that performs the functions previously executed by the FCM. The TIPM is located in the engine compartment, next to the battery and connects directly to the B+ cable via a stud located on top of the unit. The ground connection is via electrical connectors."

This link also provides interesting info on reflashing (re-programming) Dodge Ram TIPM module.

Regards.

Location of Ac compressor relay on 2010 dodge avenger

The A/C compressor relay is an integrated circuit within the Totally Integrated Power Module (TIPM). The TIPM is located in the left front corner of the engine compartment and contains serviceable fuses only. If the A/C compressor control circuit inside the TIPM is found to be faulty it can only be repaired by replacing the entire TIPM assembly.

2010 dodge gas pu with tipm & no voltage to fuel pump

You would be correct. The tipm is typically not serviceable. I do believe that on the 2010, you will need to return to the dealer or any other shop that can "flash" your ECM once you've replaced it.
