Question about 1997 Plymouth Grand Voyager
I've got the same problem and have been researching it on the 'net. Mine dash gauges won't work when the car is cold. Here's the best I've come up with:
1 - go to http://www.honestjohn.co.uk/forum/post/index.htm?t=56470 and read thru the thread. Look at Merittech's answers. His focus is on common shorting issues.
2 - the other common solution discussed around the 'net is that the 'body control module' can be flaky and replacing it also seems to solve the issue.
My intent is to try #1 as soon as I can and then move to #2 as need be (since #1 doesn't involve cash, just time)
