My 96 Chevy blazer won't accept gas every time I

Codes or no Evap Codes, the issue is in that system
You need a schematic of the evap system, so you can
test the solenoid or valves, mainly the vent solenoid, if that
applies Not the purge valve, that is up front & opens to allow
engine vacuum to draw out fuel fumes from the tank.

96 Monte carlo z34 won't crank over unless I jump

Sounds like a problem with the key switch, probably the security system. You may only have power to the fuel pump when the engine is cranking.
Is the security light on or flashing ?

When you start engine you have to give it gas or it won't start

replace your fuel & air filters, add some fuel injector cleaner to gas tank, todays fuel w/ ethanol is hurting your engine, change your oil also.

WONT WHRIL OVER TO CRANK UP AND SMELLS GAS

[ Start over ]

The engine won't turn over at all ?

Or it just won't start ?

You have to know what the main issue is
& how to diagnose,we can only guess
up to a point.

Also-- what about how it has been starting &
running for the last several months?

What about preventative maintenance--spark
plugs,O2 Sensors,fuel filter,fuel pressure,stored
codes, fuel trim when it did run.

Those are things a professional checks, hopefully
on a road test with a scan tool & a helper along for
the ride.

93 jeep won't crank. It is not turning over so to

Sluggish engine turnover can be the battery but won't be caused by gas. A problem related to gas would be more apparent after the engine is running.

Toyota running rich

Do you have check lights on your dash?

If so, have you checked for codes & used
the internet to look them up?

Check fuel pressure with a gauge

You should have O2 Sensor Codes, if it runs rich

The cause may not be the sensor that reports the
condition, unless they have not been changed at around
100,000 miles. They just report the converter gases
to the computer

Any vacuum leaks anywhere, even in the exhaust system
before the converter, will lean out the exhaust gases & the
computer will in turn pulse the injectors longer & you get
what you have.

There are many causes that can take place,a loose
air filter cover,something simple,a failed,dirty or stuck
injector.

No --putting something in the gas tank at 12 oz to 15 gallons
of gas, is a waste of time & money

You really need the factory diagnostic manuals, so
you can follow charts etc to get to the issue.

The Haynes books won't be of any value

Is the engine mechanically sound after 10 years or more
It may be using oil & have issues you can't resolve?

Did you buy it used? In that case your guaranteed
that the oil wasn't changed at 4,000 or less & the life
of the engine reduced

Driving in 105 degree temp, truck quits! What happened?

If the engine won't crank with compression in the cylinders, either the head gasket has blown or something else major has happened.
You will have to get it towed to a shop.
If it cranks normally but won't start, you have to figure out if it is a fuel or ignition problem.
Did the temp gauge show it was overheating before it died ?

2002 Ford Explorer ran out of gas put gas in and won't restart. replaced fuel pump and fuel filter still won't start. Cranks but won't start

Most Fords have a fuel reset button. When you ran out of gas you tripped the circuit. Most of the time the button will be on the passenger side by the kick panel. The exact location should be in your owners manual or your local library or auto parts store will have a copy of one for your specific vehicle.
