Question about Chevrolet Cars & Trucks
Key switch could be bad.next time with the car running, keep pressure on key as if you were trying to pull it out and turn to the off position slowly, this will let you know if it is going past the lock position when you are shutting car off.The keys should come out just as you come to the off position, if they come out any earlier, the switch is bad.

1st Remove Battery cable from Battery because the only time the air bags will deploy is when the key is in the ignition. I have tilt steering and when I put the steering wheel in the up most position. I came right out. But now it seems to stick more lately.
