I had been having the same issue as you listed. Dodge had replaced the radio under warranty less than a year ago because it would get hot to the touch and then just shut down with a "whump" sound. I finally broke down and took it back to the dealer. They checked the radio and the connection and everything was fine. They then checked the antenna mast and found that the stud coming out of the roof (part of the antenna cable) was loose and spins when you try to tighten the mast. The fix is to replace the antenna cable. The part is under $40 but the labor requires dropping the entire headliner. According to the labor guide, book time is about 5 hours at the posted labor rate.

You can access the oil filter easily from underneath next to the front, driver-side wheel at the front of the engine. There is clear access to the filter there.

In the fuse box, under the hood on the drivers side. There is a detailed map of what fuses do what on the inside of the box cover.
