Two issues here, you will need to replace the flasher. this will correct the erratic turn signals.
Concerning the brake light. Make sure the bulbs are in working condition and, check the wiring harness for faults as well. if the bulbs and wires arr OK, replace the brake light switch.
You can test for proper current by pulling the brake light bulbs out the socket and, use the copper prongs inside the brake light socket for testing. use a volt meter and, hit the brake pedal and, see if the meter registers a current. if not, replace the wiring harness.

those are cable operated if it's broke at the lever in the car find the cable end and pull it with a pliers, if it's broke at the release under the hood it's going to a little harder you will have to get up under the hood and manually release the hood before you can replace the release lever

I had this problem as well and my mechanic found it by fluke- on each side of the back window, about mid way up, is a wire attached to a metal "holder" on the window- one of mine had busted off so the current was not passing properly to each side as the circuit is now broken- I have not yet gfigured out how to have it fixed but maybe it will need to be sodddred back on?

It depends on who your going to have do the actual labor, and if your going to buy a new pump or a used pump from a salvage yard. It also depends on the actual part you'll need. (you can find reasonable parts online here using there catalog)
