have the rubber seal around your windshield check by a wind shild installer base on what you explain the sel at that corner is leaking and the water is leaking back into the vehicle

The Sunroof has DRAIN TUBES that get CLOGGED and Cause it to LEAK this WAY With the Roof OPEN you Should be able to SEE the DRAINS at the Front or Rear of the SIDE tracks, A Blast of AIR will UNCLOG Them One on EACH SIDE in LOW Spots
As For the DOORS UNLOCKING They Need LUBED from Time to Time and You May Even Need to Remove the Inside Pannels at liest PARTIALY to Gain Access to the Parts that NEED LUBE. I Recomend PB BLASTER Spray Lubercant for FReeing Up your Locking Mechenizms
