How do I seal a radiator drain plug leak

the drain plugs normally have a rubber washer under the seat
The washer is normally flat but an "O" ring of the right size will do the trick
Check that the plastic tank is not cracked or the thread on the plug or in the tank is not stripped.

Windshield wiper fluid runs straight out of the reservoir. How do I fix this issue by myself?

Find out where its leaking from. A broken hose or a cracked tank. Find the leak and fix the leak. Have someone spray the washers as you look for the leak. Should be easy to spot and then repair....If it a cracked and leaking tank ....replace the tank???

Check washer motor grommet/seal for leak, or rubber hose connection to sprayers at tank, or tank crack.

The washer fluid is leaking out on my 2000 - BMW 328i

Hi Friend: Check your Window Washer Canister 1st.If its Not Leaking You'll Need to Check ALL your Hoses From The Washer Canister to the 2 Spray Nozzles . And also to Your Washere Pump.Or its Posible your Washer Pump its Self has Developed a Leak.More Than likely its a Hose thats Old and Cracked, Just Follow ALL Hoses from The Washer with your Hand and Eyes.Have Someone Get into the Vehicle After You Fill your Washer Resevoir and Have the Turn your Washer On To See if It Reveals your Leak,Hope this Helps You, Please Let Me Know.If its your Canister or Hoses there Not Expensive To Replace. Do you have a clue why my washer fluid is leaking? when i woke up this morning i just saw my parking lot wet, and when i checked it, its the washer fluid leaking. anyone?

The washer fluid is held in a plastic tank, which can crack and leak. It is carried to the sprayers by rubber hoses, which can crack, split, and leak. You can try to take a peek up under the car and see if you can see a disconnected on ruptured washer hose. Try filling it back up with regular water and you should be able to tell where its coming from.

Windshield washer reservoir tank is leaking how do I replace?

You must remove from it's mount and empty out any fluids that is in tank.fill the tank with water and locate where the leak is coming from. wash tank a few times and the let dry upside down. Get some sand paper (80  grit course) and sand area where leak is, clean area with a vacume or clean rag.you can buy a 2 stage epoxy that comes in an injection form and squeeze it out on a pc of paper and then get a q-tip and mix the 2 components together, fill the crack or hole generously with the q-tip, if you have to,let dry for 24 hours and mix more and put more on. let dry another 24 hours, replace tank back in it's place and you've solved your leak. (epoxy does wonders if its used properly.
