Question about 2008 Nissan Quest
HELP HELP I have electrical problem in my car. everything in dashboard are fluctuating. i lose acceleration pedal while driving. But car it won't shut off battery light comes on/off and you hear a lots off relays on/off. i know i have a problem in ABS control unit and it has to be change. i checked wiring harness everthing seems to be in order. If anyone knows about this problem help me please this problem became very dangerous.

First you need to narrow it down to what is making the noise. It could be the power steering pump - water pump - air conditioning compressor or the alternator (some older vehicles had smog pumps)
Then you'll have to go from there...

I am not sure where in a Sentra, but in a Quest 1993-02, it is in the distributor (integral). Common problem with Quest is that brown dust covers optical sensor under slotted wheel under rotor. If dust, the bearing is failing and you need new distributor. Clean optical sensor and see if it starts and runs. Get dist. on ebay.

SOURCE: 1987 Nissan Pickup Truck Will not start it will crank. So i Did Tune up With wires spark plugs I Don't know the order of last 2 wires that go in center of dist cap. Please help and will this solve thi

do the brake lights come on when you press the brake? If not the brake switch is bad. If they do, check your brake fluid. Ive heard of these Altimas having bad master brake cylinders. If your brakes(pads) are good and your fluid is really low, this may be your culprit. Should be covered under warranty.Let me know how you make out.
