Thermostat is where the lower radiator hose attaches to the engine. The lower front passenger side of the engine.

Fuel pump not getting signal from PCM

First make sure all grounds are good. There is a ground going from the pcm to the engine. Many chevy engines had a pcm ground connected to the thermostat bolt. Not sure about the Saturn. A common problem is that someone replaces the thermostat, and forgets to reattach the ground, or to tighten the ground securely. If the car was worked on recently, I would suspect a loose ground.

Need to know where the thermostat is located on a 2005 Saturn Relay

It is on the engine where the lower radiator hose connects to the engine block. Remove the hose and the underlying thermostat cover.

2006 Saturn Relay 3: My heat does not work. Not even the front windshield defrost. Air is blowing but the air is cold.

First, check your engine coolant level. If it is low, you need to find out why. If the coolant level in the radiator is full, it could be many things including a bad thermostat, a clogged heater core, or a broken or damaged air temperature door or actuator.

The cooling fan on the 02 saturn sc1 is not working and the vehicle is overheating. I changed out the fuse and relay and no luck. I noticed the wires the plug into the fan had been laying on the exhast...

did you find a reslotion to this? I have the same problem, replaced relay, fuse, fan and thermostat. it worked fine for about 30 minutes and fan quit again!

MY '07 Saturn Aura is not blowing cold air, nor is the temperature gauge functioning... Not sure what to do..

Does the clutch on the AC compressor operate the compressor when AC is called for? If no, check the fuse and relay for AC operation. If it does operate the compressor, then the system probably has a freon leak which must be repaired and the system recharged with freon. Replace the water temperature sensor if the radiator fan(s) do not come on when the engine is hot. The fan(s) should also come on immediately when AC is selected. Hope this helps!

My 93 Saturn SW2 begins to overheat when idling after driving. I can cool the engine by turning on the AC. Is this a thermostat problem? Or what else may be wrong?

Sounds like a relay or fuse problem, at worst it's your fan #1 has gone bad and needs to be replaced. Before replacing anything, check all your fuses, relay, wire leads and harness at the fan.
Good luck and thank you for using Fixya.
