I think it might be the wiring. I hit a bump pretty fast. Then they just stop shortly after that. So can anyone help me.

that is caused by a "circuit breaker" not a relay. when it starts flashing, carefully go over the harness from the firewall to the rf headlamp, there is a short somewhere.

disconnect battery,,jack car up,,put jack stand on frame,,take starter bolts out,(may not be easy),,take wires off starter,,hoped it helped,,

SOURCE: how do you replace headlight
you have to remove the whole lens usually two bolts onrad upper rad support remove grill and rmove lens unitturn on headlight mark which bulb to take out looking at other side light
