SOURCE: vibration between 40 and 60 mph

when did you have your tires balanced last. If it has been awhile have them re-balanced. Your description sounds like you may have thrown a weight.

I have bad vibration thou my jeep at 43 mph and its frighting feels like a prop is going to pop

Certainly the tyres if unevenly worn or certain tread types can cause vibration at speed, this is one possibility.
Like you say, your prop shaft or centre mount may be another possibility, so you'll need to check that too.

2000 GMC Sonoma Vibrates at 25 and 45 mph

Generally, the tire vibration only arrives at 60ish.
However, if you have a distorted tire, or worse, more than one, or even worse, Buckled Wheels!
You are inevitably going to experience vibrations, at varying speeds.
Take the wheels off, and make sure, the wheels are actually still,, er, circular.
It's best to put them on a Balancing Machine, then you can see how bad they are.
If the problem isn't solved soon, you may well be finding yourself, forking out for new wheel bearings.
That should do it.
Happy motoring.
