2001 cherokee # 5 misfire..switched spart plug with another cylander still # 5 changed coil and injector didnt fix problem..HELP

Did you put a "noid" light on the injector connector to ensure it's getting the pulse to open? Do you know that you are getting spark at the plug? The HV could be leaking out of the cable or connector(s). Finally, if all that's good you may need to do a compression test.

If this has the coil over the spark plug try replacing the coil. If it still has wires replace the cap, rotor and wires. Do a compression test and check for a mechanical problem like a burnt valve.

Water in all cylanders

Sounds familiar. If the engine oil is too full, oil will splash into the spark plug openings. Then, condensation will sit on the oil shorting the plugs. Be sure not to overfill. Also, the valve cover gasket has an inside seal. Once again, oil will partly fill the spark plug hole if the gasket is bad. There is a large hole in back of the valve cover leading right to the plugs. Be careful not to rinse the engine. Gaskets seal the plugs but water can sit on the plug openings.

Hello my car 2001 ford tauus problem is cylander N1 not working

If cylinder #1 is not firing, first run a compression test. If compression is low (less than approx 70 P.S.I.), you have internal problems. If it,s good, (same or close to other cylinders), check your plug or wire, if those are good, check for vacuum leak at runner.
