The power of a 540 motor will depend on what the exact specifications are. An RC car with the 540 will be much faster than a car with the 380, despite the fact that the 380 has a higher rpm,

Why is the blower not blow strong air out i put new moter in but it still does not blow good

do all of the fan speeds work? if not you need to replace the blower motor resister. If all of the fan speeds work then you need to clean or replace your in cabin air filter. When this filter gets clogged you get very little air flow from your vents. Instructions for your cabin air filter service are in your owner's manual

Blower fan is intermittent

When it blows, is it a strong blow? Is the blower noisy? If so, it may be worn out motor burshes. If it is just intermediate but blows strong, then it may be a poor or faulty wiring connection, relay, or fuse. You can test with volmeter/ohmmeter or even better yet, use multi-tester and test for 12 volts in wiring and use ohmmeter for relay and fuse

AC vents do not blow strong blow very weak fan running on hi

The blower motor resistor has to be changed. The part is in the wirng between the a/c control head and the blower motor.

You should take to a local shop for repairs.

Blower fan not working correctly

I had the same problem. There is a filter down under the passenger side of the dash that clogs up and stops the air from blowing out any of the vents. I removed the filter completely and now it blows like new.

Fan//blower not working at any speed.

Check the fuse-should be in fuse panel under hood. If it's good, there a strong possibility of a bad blower motor regulator-This is attached the blower motor/fan itself. Even if fuse is blown, replace it and see if it blows again immediately when trying to operate fan. If you find you need to replace regulator it is good practice to also replace the fan itself as well.
