Certainly the tyres if unevenly worn or certain tread types can cause vibration at speed, this is one possibility.
Like you say, your prop shaft or centre mount may be another possibility, so you'll need to check that too.

SOURCE: subaru vibration

I had similar problem with my '99 outback. Replaced the front half shafts and seemed much better. A few months later seemed to be comming back so replaced the driver side shaft again and the problem disappeared. I had put in rebuilt shafts and the driver side shaft was not rebuilt correctly.

SOURCE: bad vibration engine trans under load

seems your problem is within your clutch, defective part, usually a defective release bearing will cause gear shifter and pedal vibration but not as bad as yours, but by pressing on clutch pedal vibration stops, point to clutch!

What causes slight vibration?

sounds too much like a wheel imbalance, check all the wheel nuts are tight too (I know it sounds stupid but it has happened to me) some off-road tyres have a speed limit set to around 50mph.

Is the vibration you get is on the front or from all over the vehicle body?
If is from all over the vehicle body, just get the vehicle jacked up and place it on two stands the back end, then ask someone to start the engine put the gear in which you do have the vibration and check for any prop shaft either u-joints worn or badly rusted and cause not good on rotation making the joint to turn with the correct flexible movement. If you are not sure about it,just take off the prop shaft and check visually. Many Isuzus are having this common fault, especially if are going through water. The other possibility is the rear diff pinion bearing with the collar and nut become loose. If so Ask your mechanic to sort it out. Good Luck.

hi there ,this is a tyre problem we in the business call an "out of round tyre" to find which tyre it is so you can replace it ,go to each wheel and feel around the tread part of each tyre with your bare hand laying flat on the tread and feel right around each tyre ,you will find the problem tyre quite fast using this method as you will feel a raised bit on the bad tyre thats making your steering wheel shake ,a reputable tyre shop could do this for you if you dont feel capable ,then have the tyre replaced and ask them to balance all your wheels in the processand THANK YOU for using FixYa !!!
