SOURCE: Rear Axle Bearing
i know for a fact that the bearing comes with the hub., and if the old bearing is badly damage you may need to heat it to remove it from the axel...so this may be a rather big job if your not equipt
with torch or other ...

SOURCE: squeaking from wheel area
If you replaced the hub assembly did you make sure to lube your wheel and hub bearings? I would also try to lube that entire side of the car as well. Tie Rod ends can make a squeel as well so just make sure to grease anything in that general area. If it is a clunking noise or a squeeling when you turn it may be your axle shaft installed wrong and those little splines on the end can get rubbed off real fast causing heat and noise problems real fast. If all this checks you may want to look into a possible rack and pinion problem or maybe a steering gear. I would lubricate everything first though. Good Luck!
