Yes they sell a paint for plastic. you can also use a liquid sander to rub on it first and then texture and paint

You'll need to look for that at the dealer or at a Junk Yard.

Peeling paint on cinderblock walls in basement

Just a guess, but it is likely that moisture is causing the paint to peel. I suggest you remove as much peeling as you can with a wire brush and then use a waterproof sealant. I had very good luck with a product they sell to seal cement walls in basements with moisture problems.

How to remove grease splashes from emulsion painted wall

Basically you can't without affecting the Paint underneath ((
If only light splashes then a conventional kitchen cleaner will do BUT only put the cleaner on the cloth, work a small area at a time.
After doing getting it off and allowing it to dry, then use a lint free cloth, soaked in warm water to "scrub" paint from surrounding areas into damaged area but not too hard otherwise will go through the paint levels. Then allow to dry naturally ))

Is there too much moisture in the air to paint Dunn Edwards outside exterior paint

Hi Sheri

I trust you are well.

I would suggest you paint on a bright sunny day when the walls you want to paint are properly dry, any paint will not take well on damo walls.

Hope this helps

kind regards

My thought would be to hide it if you can with a reflective piece of polished stainless or aluminum to reflect the heat. I have run into your problem and no easy solution.

How do i clean out the internal gutters on my 2001 X5 ? after it rains there is water in the rear side panels.

This is a guess, as I am not familiar with this particular body, but try pulling up the door sills and pulling the carpet away from the side wall. Are there plastic plugs there? If so, remove the plugs and rig a hose to your vacuum cleaner that will fit through the holes.

Wher can i find the blower motor resistor on a 2001 X5

It's between center consol and fire wall .
Very tight place to work on , but not too bad to replace.
You may need to take trim (plastic panel) out to see it.Work your way from pass. side footwell and with flash light look behind midpart of consol next to the fire wall , if you have new one in hand then just compare front side of it (wire plug side) with what you see behind consol and you'll see it.
There will be another wire harness on your way to pull it out , work your way around it.
There is no bolt or nuts holding resistor , plastic leap needs to be carefully pushed away and unclip resistor.
The hardest part is to disconnect the electrical plug from resistor , the rest is easy.

You will need to get the panel plastic welded. You should be able to find someone to do this, should not be expensive or take lond, you can even leave panel with them so you can use your vehicle. Won't be perfect, you will only be able to tell if you look for repair, they can colour match really well.

I just had the same problem. If it is a regular van try under the driver seat in a plastic box. If it is a conversion van try in a pannel just behind driver seat on side of van wall behind a pannel that looks like a vent.
